DESCRIPTION:Are you a member interested in getting more involved in our union? Are you interested in becoming a leader in the workplace? Are you ready to learn about our union contract\, assist fellow employees in the workplace\, and help us reach our contract negotiations goals? Then join us for our “3\,000 Strong United Together Leadership Conference” November 15-17\, 2024 in Lincoln. \nThe weekend will kick off on Friday\, November 15 at 5:30pm and conclude at 4pm on Sunday\, November 17. Attendees will participate in training sessions designed to improve leadership skills in the workplace\, hone advocacy skills\, and help us grow state employee worker power. \nAttendees traveling from outside Lincoln will be provided with a hotel room on November 15 & 16\, and meals will be provided throughout the weekend. On Saturday\, November 16\, we’ll have a Nebraska football tailgate and watch party as the Huskers take on USC in Los Angeles. \nTo attend this exciting event\, please register by clicking here.
