SUMMARY:North Platte Area Meeting
DESCRIPTION:You are invited to a meeting which will be held in North Platte on Thursday\, February 6 from 5:30-6:30pm at The Switchyard. Free food will be served! NAPE continues to grow\, organize\, and prepare for contract negotiations this year.  If you have never attended a meeting\, we would love to meet you. Please invite your colleagues. Both NAPE members and non-members are welcome! \nAt the meeting\, NAPE staff will do a short training session regarding the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). During the training\, you will learn about your rights under the law and our contract\, and how to access earned leave benefits. We will also talk about the negotiations survey results\, DHHS dress code\, and we will give you an update on our fight to oppose the new dress code. \nFinally\, we will give you an update on our “Join\, Serve\, Lead” campaign and discuss how you can be involved in our exciting future\, including contract negotiations.
