Are you interested in serving on the NAPE/AFSCME Board of Directors? The election of members to the Board will take place by electronic ballot, in accordance with the NAPE/AFSCME bylaws, during March.
Nominations must be received by Noon central time on March 14. Members may nominate themselves or another eligible member by clicking here or by returning the paper nomination form by mail or hand delivery to 1230 O Street, Suite 120, Lincoln, NE, 68508.
Nominations will also be accepted verbally, in person, at a nominations meeting on Tuesday, March 11 at 5:30pm at the Lincoln Firefighters Reception Hall (241 Victory Lane).

The Board of Directors meets in person at least quarterly. Typically, meetings are held from 9am-3pm in Lincoln on Saturdays. Board members traveling more than 60 miles to the meeting are reimbursed for their mileage and are housed in a hotel the evening before the meeting. Additional meetings may be held as called by the President or the majority of Board members.
