NAPE/AFSCME member Diane Laffin, who was an Architectural Historian at the Nebraska State Historical Society, was awarded the AFSCME Never Quit Service Award. The award “recognizes public service workers who go above and beyond the call of duty to make their communities better.” Now working at the Department of Transportation doing similar work, Diane continues her important service to the State of Nebraska.
