Volunteer Member Organizer Training – July 16

NAPE/AFSCME will host a Volunteer Member Organizer (VMO) training in Lincoln on Sunday, July 16 from 9am-5pm. This is a great opportunity for union members who are looking to get more involved to help grow our union and impact change in the workplace.

VMOs are a dedicated force of union members who are trained to inspire, lead, and encourage involvement in our union by signing up new members! We will be holding our first ever statewide organizing blitz this summer from July 17-25 and we would love to have more VMOs join us. As we continue to grow towards our goal of having 3,000 NAPE/AFSCME members for the first time in our history, we need great VMOs!

If you would like to attend VMO training on Sunday, July 16, please click here to sign up. NAPE will provide breakfast and lunch, as well as a hotel room on the evening of Saturday, July 15 if you are traveling from outside of Lincoln. Please sign up by June 16. Space is limited, and seats will be filled on a first come, first served basis. If you have any questions, please let us know.
