Every two years, delegates to the Biennial NAPE Delegate Assembly consider amendments to our union’s constitutional bylaws. Any NAPE/AFSCME member may submit amendments to the bylaws for the delegates to consider. Any changes must be approved by 2/3rds of the delegates at the Delegate Assembly in order to take effect.
Any proposed bylaw amendments must be submitted and received in writing no later than Friday, July 14 at 4:30 pm central time. Proposed bylaw amendments must be sent to help@napeafscem.org or mailed/hand delivered to NAPE/AFSCME, 1230 O Street, Suite 120, Lincoln, NE 68508.
