Thanks to our efforts during mid-term contract negotiations, NAPE/AFSCME members will see the largest salary increase in seventeen years. While these historic raises are a significant step in the right direction, they certainly aren’t enough to recognize and retain employees. That’s why we’re actively preparing for contract negotiations which begin this summer. We need you to be successful. Over 900 state employees have become new NAPE members in the past year.
