The Nebraska Commission of Industrial Relations (CIR) has set a hearing on our union’s motion for temporary relief to stop the implementation of Executive Order 23-17 while our Prohibited Practices Petition is pending before the Commission.
The hearing has been set for Thursday, December 21 at 1:00pm. The hearing is open to the public and will take place in the CIR hearing room at the Nebraska State Office Building in Lincoln (301 Centennial Mall South). The CIR hearing room is located on the first floor down the hallway immediately across from the Scooter’s Coffee. Union members are welcome to attend the hearing.
